Job Duties:

Nicor are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Office Team in the delivery of our Property Response Maintenance and Compliance Contracts. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. Must have ability to multi-task, while answering calls, updating works systems and providing administrative support to senior staff. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, organised and an excellent communicator. Duties will include:
Taking Phone Calls / Relaying Messages / Sending Reminders
Dealing with Client Staff & Customers
Liaising with trade staff, subcontractors and facility managers
Answering Emails, Instructing Contractors
Updating Nicor’s Computer Aided Facilities Management System
Assisting Senior Staff as required

Qualifications / Experience:

2 Years Administration Experience
Proficient in use of MS Packages
Excellent attention to detail
Proven Communication skills
Experience in the property maintenance / compliance / construction industry is desirable but not essential
