Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and set constant goals.
Prioritise, plan and adjust staffing schedules.
Liaise and motivate your team and hold the team accountable.
Train all staff through sales, customer service and product knowledge.
Ensure the team provides exceptional customer experience in-store.
Maintain a presence throughout the business to ensure effective floor management and ensure our high standards are maintained on the shop floor at all times.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure ongoing safety training and awareness.
Responsible for ensuring the store meets company guidelines in opening and closing.
Stock management and report analysing.
Roll out and ensure that all company policies are up-to-date and relevant and are rolled out amongst our valued team.
Maintain a working environment where all staff feel safe and treated fairly with dignity and respect.
Qualifications / Experience:
Must be educated to A level or equivalent standard. If you hold a degree in Business Retail Management or Retail Marketing this will be advantageous but not essential.
Experience will be taken into consideration over qualifications.
