Job description

We are seeking motivated and forward thinking registered healthcare assistants to work agency shifts and contracts in hospital and community setting across Derry/Londonderry. Block bookings and ad-hoc shifts. Must have NISCC registration.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a healthcare assistant.
• Helping to administer, review, and monitor medications.
• Assessing care needs.
• Helping nurses to carry out plans and reviewing them as and when necessary.
• Assisting the care team to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of clinical experience as a healthcare assistant (within the last 2 years in the UK).
• Able to provide 2 clinical references from your current/previous employer.
