A lead role at the Waterside Women’s Centre. This is a job-share position delivering the services offered including educational and vocational courses, supporting women of all ages in activities by securing funding to operate and deliver services.

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Centre. You will have experience leading a team, delivering the strategic aims of the Centre,  working with funders to continue to provide courses and opportunities for women and children using the Centre.  We have an on-site creche which supports the programmes we offer by providing childcare for our activities and the women participating in them.

Salary: £31,895 + 5% pension (per annum) Pro-rata

Hours: 17.5 working hours per week – you will also be entitled to a daily 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Hours will normally be 9am to 5pm although some weekend and evening work may be required in line with operational requirements. This is a job-share post so you will work with the other Centre Co-ordinator Job-share to ensure 35 hours per week of Centre management and support for staff.

The post is subject to enhanced criminal record checks by Access (NI) and approval by Early Years Team.
