Job Duties:

Preparing food for experienced chefs within the kitchen team.

Work closely with the head/sous chefs in preparation and presentation of food

Ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Working within a team to deliver excellent product quality.

Ensuring excellent Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards are maintained.

Qualifications / Experience:

Essential:
Previous kitchen experience.
