Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health and safety, nutrition and quality standards.
Qualifications / Experience:
Appreciate good food and local quality ingredients.
At least 1 year of previous experience working as a chef in a busy restaurant is essential.
Good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Be able to multitask.
Be prepared to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as well as holiday seasons.
