Salary:£25,000 to £28,000 per annum 
Hours:37.5 
Worktime:Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Job Duties:

Processing new business
Maintain follow-up systems for pending client issues
Organise advisor’s day, assuring he’s prepared for meetings
Time block calendar and schedule appointments with clients
Maintain client data base and files
Provide client service and compliance support
Wrap Platform processing & administration
Answering and making telephone calls
General admin support in administering applications and on-going services
Drafting letters enclosing documents
Supporting other members of the team with admin requests

Knowledge of regulatory requirements

Qualifications / Experience:

Experience:
Financial Services: 2 years (Preferred)
Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
Previous experience working within an Independent Financial Advisor preferred however, not essential as full training is provided.

Desirable
Ideally, you will have demonstrable experience and knowledge of an administrator’s role within a financial planning business
2.1 Hons Degree holder
Financial services qualifications Diploma level 4 or similar.
