Preparing food for experienced Chefs within the Kitchen team.
Ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Working within a team to deliver excellent product quality.
Ensuring excellent Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards are maintained.
Qualifications / Experience:
At least 5 Grade Cs or better at GCSE level (or equivalent).
At least 1 year of relevant previous experience working in a similar role or above within the hospitality industry.
Ability to work under pressure within a team.
Working knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety and Food Hygiene legislation.
A minimum of NVQ Level 1 in a Food Preparation qualification.
A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
