Salary:£18,137.60 per annum. 
Hours:40 
Worktime:Between 8am-11pm Monday – Sunday, to be confirmed.

Job Duties:

To advise & assist customers who are seeking technical assistance with their equipment and Sky subscription.
To make sure customers are informed about the products and services available to them.
Providing an outstanding level of customer care.
Handling complaints and advising of how they will be resolved, liaising with 3rd party companies in the process. Be an excellent communicator and enjoy a challenge in a very demanding environment.

Qualifications / Experience:

Minimum six months hands-on experience of working in a contact centre environment is essential, but experience of dealing with customers in other demanding environments (e.g. retail or leisure.) would also be applicable.
Excellent telephone manner and / or experience of dealing with customers face to face.
Basic PC literacy.
Excellent verbal communication skills, good listener who is able to understand and identify customer needs whilst delivering exceptional service.
Logical approach to problem solving.
Keen for self-development.
Confident when handling difficult customers and proving you can overcome these issues quickly resulting in a positive outcome.
