To manage the Company’s interaction with current and future customers, through all levels of customer service.
Qualifications / Experience:
5 GCSEs to include English and Maths or equivalent and a Third Level qualification is essential.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Five years’ experience in a customer service role and two years’ experience of dealing with customers at management level to include extensive sales and marketing background.
Experience in an Information Technology (IT) environment/technical role would be advantageous.
Sales and Marketing experience.
Leadership skills, work on own initiative and have a professional approach to work.
Good communication skills to include oral and written communications.
