You will be taking calls from new and existing EE customers, helping with any problems or questions they may have about their mobile phones. This is a target driven environment, with a mix of customer experience and sales targets.
If successful, you will complete your first 10 weeks at our office based in Derry/Londonderry with a phased approach to work from home.
We want to ensure you have the best training experience possible, with face-to-face support, to set you up for success.
You must be able to work under pressure, we’re very busy so you’ll take high volume customer calls every day.
You will utilise your customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications / Experience:
6 months previous customer service experience.
A great communicator and enthusiastic about helping customers.
A passion about achieving goals and motivated to reach targets.
Comfortable dealing with customer queries and pitching appropriate deals to customers.
You will be required to work from home after training so you must have:
A quiet place to work at home.
Good broadband connection.
