Salary:16/17 £4.62, 18/20yrs £6.56, 21/22yrs £8.36, 23/24yrs £8.91. 
Worktime:Hours within Monday-Friday, TBC with employer

Job Duties:

Ensure children have the best start in life by providing a safe, welcoming, high quality, inclusive early education environment.
Work to improve the ability to learn, improve health and social development of children, ante-natal to four years of age.
Work in partnership with families to promote positive parenting and the enhancement of the role of parents as `first educators’.
Support and extend play experiences to ensure early outcomes are achieved.
Assist in the continuous improvement, development, and provision of high-quality innovative programmes for children and encourage participation of parents.
Work with children and families based on a Key Carer system that meets the needs of the children.
Complete agreed system of observations and documentation.
Assist the team in the organisation of special events, outings, visits, and any other activities.

Demonstrate good communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Demonstrable ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and use initiative.
