To promote and develop high quality, evidence informed early childhood services for young children and their families.
To work in partnership with families to promote and facilitate positive parenting.
To innovatively support and extend play experiences to ensure early outcomes are achieved.
To assist in continuous improvement, development and provision of high quality innovative programmes for the children and actively encourage participation of parents.
To work with children and families on a Key carer system that meets the needs of the children.
To contribute to and complete the agreed system of observations and documentation.
Qualifications / Experience:
NVQ Level II in Early Years Care and Education or equivalent.
One year’s experience working with young children in a paid, voluntary or training/placement capacity.
