You will join our award-winning team, giving an exceptional service to one of Concentrix’s key clients, EE. We have exciting full time, permanent career opportunities, where you will work from home, dealing with high volume inbound customer calls.
If successful, you will complete your first 10 weeks at our office based in Derry-Londonderry with a phased approach to work from home. We want to ensure you have the best training experience possible, with face-to-face support, to set you up for success.
What does the job involves:
You will be taking calls from new and existing EE customers, helping with any problems or questions they may have about their mobile phones. This is a target driven environment, with a mix of customer experience and sales targets.
Qualifications / Experience:
You must be able to work under pressure, were very busy so you’ll take high volume customer calls every day. You will utilise your customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
6 months previous customer service experience

Comfortable dealing with customer queries and pitching appropriate deals to customers
Thrive on learning new knowledge and skills and are quick to adapt
Know your way around a computer and can navigate multiple systems
Be self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
Be resilient and can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment
