Provide a prompt, efficient and courteous food and beverage service.
Accurately record, pre-check and serve all food and beverage orders.
Maintains a thorough working knowledge of menus and promote additional sales accordingly.
Provide efficient, prompt, and courteous service by bussing, serving and setting tables.
Communicate with other staff and departments.
Accurately record, pre-check and pick up all food and beverage orders.
Ensure that the working area and station are stocked and kept hygienic and tidy at all times.
Ensure smooth running of assigned station.
Familiar with all equipment relating to Restaurant.
Make clear orders to kitchen production and bar regarding beverages, register orders according to hotel procedures.
Confer with the Restaurant Supervisor concerning set-ups/last minute changes.
Report all comments/complaints/problems to the supervisor/manager.

Good interpersonal skills.
Good customer care and communication skills.
Well motivated, conscientious and able to work on own initiative.
Flexible with working hours.
Various shifts available:
Breakfast (8.00am -12noon or 9.00am – 1.00pm).
Lunch (12noon – 5.00pm).
Dinner (5.00pm -10.00pm or 6.00pm – 11.00pm).
