Job Duties:

Offering first line HR support and guidance to customers across various HR topics in keeping with Fujitsu’s HR Policies and Procedures
Investigating customer queries and using appropriate company collateral to provide the best solution
Providing highest level customer service at all times ensuring the employee experience is a positive one
Maintaining FAQ and self-help collateral
Escalating more complex queries to your Team Lead
Performing HR administrative tasks relating to an employee’s lifecycle such as New Joiner Offer, Contracts of Employment, Transfers, Progressions etc
Ensuring Employee HR records accurately reflect any changes to their terms as a result of approved transfers, progressions or salary increases etc
Maintaining and reviewing HR Admin processes to ensure they correlate with any new adjustments to HR Information Systems
Adhering to HR SLA team targets and performance metrics

Qualifications / Experience:

System savvy and comfortable with using multiple IT systems as well as working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Investigative with excellent customer service mindset
Detail orientated with flair for problem solving
Committed to innovative continuous improvement
Excellent communicator
Self-starter attitude with ability to take initiative and contribute as a team member
