Duties will include:
Assisting in the production and monitoring of social media platforms.
Organising meetings and events.
Assisting the Office and Finance Manager in planning and organising all travel and accommodation relating to the organization.
Participation in ongoing supervision and appraisals including relevant BBHF internal reporting systems.
Attending training designed to enhance skill levels.
Adherence to all BBHF policies including GDPR.
Carrying out any other duties falling reasonably within the competence and capability of the post holder assigned by the Office and Finance Manager.

Qualifications / Experience:
One year experience in project administration.
GCSE English and Maths grade A-C.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Two years’ experience in administration within the community sector.
NVQ Administration or Business.
Current full driving license and access to a car, or can demonstrate mobility to carry out the functions of the job effectively and efficiently.
