General office duties to include:-
Dealing with customers over the telephone, including reception duties.
Record process and store invoices.
Maintaining the cash journal.
General filing duties
Qualifications / Experience:
Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal with customers face to face and on the phone.
Must have excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of computerised management systems. Previous work in the oil industry/office setting an advantage.
Minimum of 5 O levels to include Maths and English or equivalent.
