Improve the operational systems, processes and policies.
Specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Regular reporting to the senior management team.
Managing and problem solving of day to day issues as they arise.
Drive initiatives in the management team and organisationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Qualifications / Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in a management role.
Third level qualification in business or evidence or personal development desirable.
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Excels at operating in a fast pace environment.
Excellent people manager and open to direction.
Delegates responsibilities effectively.
High comfort level working in a diverse role.
Driving is a requirement of this position so candidate must have own transportation and full clean driving licence.
