Job description

Day to day responsibility of the setting. Engaging with the children to deliver a fun filled session. Planning weekly/monthly sessions. Snack preparations. Maintaining booking, attendance and fees registers. Working in partnership with committee, staff, parents, link social worker and other outside agencies. .

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with HSCT Trust
  • Keep policy & procedures up to date
  • Adhere to minimum standards guidance document
  • Daily & yearly risk assessments
  • Funding, monitoring & evaluations reports

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Level 5 in Child Care or HND qualification
  • 2 years experience in a childcare setting (placement hours count)

Desirable Skills

  • Child Protection training
  • Food Hygiene
  • First Aid
  • GDPR training
