Job Duties:

Provide a high level of clinical pharmacy input, as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
Develop good working relationships with the other members of the specialty teams; negotiating and influencing changes in prescribing practice to promote evidence based practice.

Qualifications / Experience:

Minimum of 5 years post registration experience including 3 years in hospital of which 2 years must be at Band 7 or above and at least 2 years post registration experience working as a clinical pharmacist.
Postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
