The Programme Manager will take the lead role in implementing The Cancer Connected Communities Programme, working in partnership with the Western Health and Social Care Trust and six Programme Partners, led by Derry Well Women and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
The Programme Manager will actively engage and involve people and communities in planning and decision making on their health and social care priorities in relation to Cancer Service provision.
Qualifications / Experience:
A third level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent (Health and Social Care, Community Development. Business).
Minimum of 3 years experience within the last five years of: coordinating a project to achieve high standards of service delivery and project outcomes in an organisation that delivers a programme of services to the public; Two years¿ experience within the last five years in the area of funding or managing contracts/service level agreements.
The ability to create a shared purpose for diverse individuals, inspiring them to believe in shared values, so the benefits are delivered for patients and families.
Proven ability to deliver outcomes within budget and to agreed timescales.
Experience of having a leadership role in partnership working.
