Hours:14 
Worktime:Thursday and Friday, 9am to 5pm. 
Closing date:22/10/2021 

Job Duties:

Answering a busy switchboard.
Dealing with clients and professionals.
Making appointments.
Occasional typing duties.
Customer service.

Qualifications / Experience:

Previous reception experience is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and computer literate.
Minimum of grade A-C at GCSE level in English & Maths (or equivalent).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
