Job description

Duties include: Paint mixing, serving customers on the sales counter and over the telephone, unloading orders, stock take, warehouse organisation, packing orders, invoicing orders, dealing with cash and card sales..

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with colour and product choices.
  • Keeping store clean and tidy.
  • Restocking shelves.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Must have an interest in paint and wallpaper and interior design.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in sales preferred.

Further Information

Work time: 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Saturday. The ideal person will have experience in the paint/interior design industry, have a good level of literacy and numeracy and be comfortable in serving customers face to face.
