The purpose of a sales assistant is to assist store management in the day to day running of the store, maximising the potential and profitability of the store by, continuous improvement in the service provided to customers and maximising both turnover and gross margin.
Your role will be to assist the store team to maximise the potential of the store by providing exceptional customer service and promoting responsible pet ownership.
Serve customers confidently and efficiently.
Handle queries quickly and knowledgeably.
Process sales correctly through the till.
Ensuring the store is kept clean and tidy and in a manner that is aesthetically pleasing to customers.
Ensuring all deliveries are stored in a timely manner.
Ensuring stock is rotated when storing deliveries.
Check for out of date stocks.
Ensure correct price tickets on goods.
You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience:

A high level of flexibility is required.
