Job description

Foyle Young People Service offers support to young people in the project and in the community. These young people have complex needs and potentially emotional behaviours. The service offers a range of support including; setting up home, maintaining a home, developing social needs and life skills, benefit advice and budgeting and health and well-being. Foyle Young People Service promotes the principles of choice, dignity and confidentiality. A person centered approach is utilized and each young person is involved and empowered to gain independence.

Responsibilities

  • We encourage our service users to increase their independent living skills and lead an active lifestyle e.g. outdoor activities, football, arts and crafts, etc.
