The post holder will be responsible for developing relationships with businesses in the area of Food and identifying their requirements. Working with academic staff and College partners, he/she will be actively involved in the design, development and delivery of specific interventions within their areas of specialism to meet the outlined requirements. He/she will also be responsible for income generation and ensuring that the College meets targets within budget and on time.
Qualifications / Experience:
A relevant* Level 6 qualification;
Two years experience working in the area of Culinary or Food Product Development;
A relevant* Level 5 qualification;
Three years experience working in the area of Culinary or Food Product Development;
A current driving licence and access to a car (applicants with a disability who have been prevented from obtaining a driving licence due to their disability (as defined by the DDA 1995) are eligible to apply).

Experience – Desirable
4 one years experience supporting businesses with food recipe development or new product development.
