Job Duties:

The post holder will provide administration support to the Assistant Director of Nursing (Workforce Planning and Modernisation) on the implementation and monitoring of nursing workforce initiatives.
The post holder will be required to source data from the Trust workforce management information systems, analyse and prepare the information for inclusion in reports for a range of Stakeholders such as Directorate Management Teams, Corporate Management Team and colleagues external to the Trust such as the Public Health Agency, Regional Health and Social Care Board and Department of Health.
The post holder will be required to build effective working relationships with Service Management colleagues, Human Resource Management Teams and Financial Management Team.

Qualifications / Experience:

Third level qualification and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a health and social care environment at a band 3 or above
Or
A Levels or NVQ2 in Administration and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience at band 3 or above.
